Casting professionals tend to describe my voice across role-types as follows: mature, informative, tomboy, high-energy, confident, aggressive, animated, cartoony, motherly, and my favorite, “like the cool aunt or the cool babysitter.”
My range is mid-to-low. (I can and do play higher, but it gets cartoony.) Over-the-top animated characters are more in my wheelhouse than ones that rely on grounded/film-style acting.
